Mainly self Taught, Alby's Baking Journey Started in High School's Home Economic classes. He then move on to baking goods for the family food business.

In 2021, he has successfully completed in the Higher Diploma in Professional Bakery & Pastry at The Hong Kong Culinary Academy.
